Mr Kamal Bali

Kamal has been spearheading reputed Indian as well as multi-national organisations as President & CEO for over two decades, in a career spanning over four decades. Since 2014, he is the President & Managing Director of Volvo Group in India.

An alumnus of St. Joseph's Academy, Dehra Dun and IIT Roorkee, Kamal has had an illustrious career, largely in automotive and engineering industry, including with organisations such as Eicher, Escorts, SAME Deutz-Fahr India (SDF) and Singapore Technologies Kinetics (STK).

Kamal was felicitated with “Bharat Ratna Sir M Visveswaraya Memorial Award 2023” by the Governor of Karnataka.

In 2019, Kamal was Knighted and awarded one of Sweden's highest honor in the Royal Order of the Polar Star: Commander” by Their Majesties, the King & Queen of Sweden Respected for his values' based leadership and strong ethos, Kamal is also recipient of the prestigious “2019 Machinist Lifetime Achievement Award” by the Times of India Group for his outstanding contribution in the field of Manufacturing.
